British businessman Shrien Dewani murdered his wife in South Africa during their honeymoon in Cape Town, South Africa 2010. He has been battling against extradiction in South Africa since 2010 saying that he has mental issues and South Africa does not have the facility to deal with his mental issues. The court has ruled him to be extradited in South Africa but he still has the right to appeal against it so it may be some time before his appeals are fully heard.
