Vintz Plastics shipped a 40-foot container full of waste to Kenya. The NEMA discovered this and NEMA then ordered the importer Vintz Plastics to pay half a million shillings for clearance, storage and reshipping of toxic waste back to the UK.

Talk about a violation! They are trying to take Kenya/Africa for a dumping ground. What do you guys think?
