Gang warfare has become frightening around the Cape Flats of Cape Town,South Africa. There are daily shootouts with many innocent children civilians being struck by stray bullets with some of them dieing after being struck. Cape Town police have decided to put an end to this and crack down on the Cape Town gangsters.
